POSTAL 4: No Regerts follows the bathrobe-clad POSTAL Dude and his dog Champ after they lose everything on an Arizona road trip, leaving them to survive in a bizarre gambling town full of hostile locals, casinos, conspiracy, and gross-out humor. The tone is deliberately tasteless, politically incorrect, and proudly chaotic, with the game treating everyday errands as excuses for escalating absurdity. Jon St. John’s gravelly performance gives the Dude the sarcastic edge longtime fans expect.
Most days begin with a list of errands, but the route through each objective remains open: players can follow mission markers, hunt side activities, gamble, drive around town, or simply provoke the population.
